Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing, purchasing, downloading or using templates, spreadsheets, vector artwork or other digital assets provided by Deadroom Ventures LLC (the "Company") under its trade name Lumina Creative Studio, or under its other trade names (CodePillar Studio, FlowCraft Labs, Nexus Client Ops), you (the "Licensee") agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising under them are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any suit, action or proceeding must be brought in the Eighth Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada, in and for the County of Clark.
3. Nature of deliverables and license grant
All digital products are licensed, not sold. Once the applicable fee is paid, the Company grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, single-seat commercial license to use, adapt and incorporate the deliverables into the Licensee's own products and client work, as set out in the Commercial License. Resale or public redistribution of the unadapted master archive is prohibited.
4. Launch status
Packages described on this site are in final packaging and are not on sale yet. Descriptions, counts and prices may change before release.
5. Marketplace rules and your own products
You are responsible for following the rules of any marketplace where you list products made with our files, and for the content you add. Our spreadsheets are planning tools, not accounting, legal or tax advice. Calculators on this site are illustrations and do not promise any result.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deadroom Ventures LLC, its managers, members and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. The Company's total liability is limited to the amount the Licensee paid for the specific product in dispute.
