30-Day Refund Policy
Offered by Deadroom Ventures LLC, trading as Lumina Creative Studio.
1. The policy
If a pack does not work as described, or you change your mind, ask for your money back within 30 days of purchase. We will refund the full price of that pack.
2. How to ask
Email refunds@deadroomventures.com with the email address you used and your order number. Tell us what went wrong if you can, so we can fix the pack.
3. After a refund
A refund ends the license for that pack. Please stop using and selling products made from it.
4. Marketplace purchases
If you bought through a marketplace, that marketplace may process the refund and apply its own rules as well. We will help where we can.
5. Launch status
Packs are not on sale yet. This policy applies from the day checkout opens.
